Huawei Y6 Pro: Big Battery and High Resolution Camera

Even though the phone we will introduce in this article is not released to the market yet, but its specifications are well known to everyone since the beginning of 2016 after Huawei announced it.

What differentiate this phone from other smartphones is its high battery performance as well as having a high resolution camera, it is categorized within the average smartphones. Huawei also announced that Huawei Y6 Pro is the international version of the Enjoy 5 which was released in Chinese markets only.

As it seems, according to reports and news, Huawei are still competing to get the biggest market share around the world. Huawei are planning to spend more than 8 million USD (5.7 million JOD’s) during 2016 for development and research purposes.

According to the board members at Huawei, the company will stay on its course to become the first in the smartphone world in 2020. The company aims to become the number one selling company for smartphones beating Apple and Samsung; knowing that they are ranked the third company in the smartphone market worldwide.

Even though economic reports state that 2016 will be a hard year for smartphones which reflects in a negative way on companies performance; but Huawei seems confident from its performance in 2016.

Huawei’s revenue during 2015 increased 70% with the sales of smartphones and tablets; this indicates that the company will have a good performance during 2016.

Note that Huawei sales in the Middle East, or MENA region (Middle East and North Africa), specifically in Saudi Arabian and Emirate markets, is excellent and considered the second biggest market for Huawei products (smartphones and tablets) after China.

Huawei Y6 Pro

As we mentioned before, Huawei Y6 Pro is ranked as an average smartphone, they support dual sim cards, and is powered on a 5.1 Android version (Lollipop). They have a high resolution camera and big battery capacity.

Y6 Pro has a non-removable 4000 mAh battery, meaning the phone lasts between 39 to 48 hours on talking mode and according to consumption. It is also a fast charging phone reaching 60% in 40 minutes.

In addition to that, Y6 Pro can be used as a power bank for other devices because of its big battery capacity and equipping the phone with reverse charging.

As for the camera, the rear camera has a resolution of 13 MP with an f/2.0 lens aperture, and the front camera has a resolution of 5 MP with an f/2.2 lens aperture.

Y6 Pro is made from steel and will be available in white, grey, and gold colors.

The phones dimensions are: 143.1x71.8x9.7 mm and weighs 160 grams.

It has a 5.0 IPS LCD touch screen with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels.

Y6 Pro has a quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor with a speed of 1.3 GHz. It has a 16 GB internal storage and a 2GB RAM with the ability to add an additional 128 GB SD Card.

It also has may other features similar to other smartphones like supporting Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and others.
